The Switch Up
Have you ever had a time in your life when everything is going amazing and then BOMB! Yeah, that Fresh Prince moment my life got flipped turned upside down type of moment. Well, that was my life just a few short months ago. I was regular girl, running a business, hanging out with friends and then I got a cough. This cough turned into pneumonia and three ER visits later I find myself in the ICU Unit on a ventilator. It is the strangest thing waking up in a dark room and not breathing on your own (I will say I now know why people pay for oxygen). My life changed like a flip of a switch. I came in with swollen legs and left 10 days as a cancer patient. This is my blog and my story, Welcome to Collards & Culture.
